Sangoma Records proudly presents the debut album of Archetypes, a collaboration project of Miguel (N3xu5) and Till (Daksinamurti) out of Portugal and Germany, both friends and Psytrance veterans since the early 2000s with colorful solo carriers. Their project name is based on a concept from psychology that refers to a universal, inherited idea, pattern of thought, or image present in all human beings' collective unconscious. The release includes collaboration tracks with Yebah, Codex Spiralis, and Egon’s Embrace, crystal clear mastering by Scorb, and artwork by the incredible visionary Japanese artist Yui Sakamoto (R.I.P). Musically they combine their influences, ranging from deep hypnotic trance-inducing music to psychedelic euphoria, integrating the Archaic and the Modern ideas of the East and the West to stimulate the conscious, unconscious, and sub-consciousness.
